As per reports, the two were sent to Rachi jail after they picked up a fight with a neighbour Sumit Yadav and snatched Rs 10,000 from him on 23 December. Laxman, however, was not arrested at that time because with a friendly government in Jharkhand, access to Lalu in prison was available to each of his supporters at the time, reports said.
