While all Galaxy flagships have packed impressive specifications for their time, however, none of them ever featured stereo speakers. That will mimic users facial expressions. A new report out of Korea says that the phone will have stereo speakers as well as a 3D emoji feature.
Galaxy S9 series are installed with "3D Emoji" function, which is an improved version of iPhone X's Animoji function. The new speaker setup means that it is too easy to cover up the speaker when playing games or watching videos. Leaks in November showed that the Galaxy S9 will not be carrying the feature. Since then, Synaptics announced that its own solution to place a fingerprint sensor under the screen is available for mass consumption, and a Chinese smartphone maker has already launched a device with the sensor under its screen. Alongside the two flagship devices, the South Korean smartphone manufacturer is also planning to bring a new wireless charger, which will somewhat resemble the existing one, as far as the design is concerned, hint reports. Samsung is reportedly tapping its internal audio gurus at AKG for tuning purposes, so speaker placement be darned, they will probably sound pretty nice. Many suppliers, for the past couple of years, have been working with Samsung for the in-screen fingerprint sensors, but the technology keeps getting delayed due to technical restrictions.
