To help them survive the night, players can draw on an arsenal of new tricks, including the eerie new Echo keyword. Echo cards are minions or spells which may be played over and over again, as long as players have enough mana. Similar to the Dungeon Run mode from Kobolds & Catacombs, players will defeat bosses and collect their bounties to build a deck that will keep them alive as they venture deeper and deeper into The Witchwood.
"Monster Hunt will release two weeks after The Witchwood launches".

Apart from that, the developer is planning on adding new Game Modes, new vehicles , and new weapons to bring some added variety. There is also yet another new map coming to the game that sounds like it's going to hit the experimental test server first.
Baku the Mooneater: If your deck has only odd-cost cards at the start of the game, your Hero Power is upgraded. To follow this theme, at least one of the new cards will change in your hand every turn. Genn Greymane reduces the cost of your Hero Power by 1 if you only have cards that cost even numbers of mana in your deck.
RUSH YOUR FOES - When played, minions with the new Rush keyword can attack other minions immediately, but can't attack the enemy Hero until the following turn.
Hearthstone: The Witchwood is available for pre-purchase now, with a bonus 20 packs and "In a Dark Wood" card back on the table for people who pony up early.
For more details check out the official web site, oh, and of course, there's a $49.99 pre-purchase bundle which is really the best overall value when it comes to buying any Hearthstone cards.
