"Jersey Shore" returns to its old MTV stomping grounds tonight for a reboot, which has the gang trading the Jersey cold for the hot Miami nightlife. Giancola released an official statement on her decision to skip out on the show, saying that she has moved on from the show, is in a stable relationship, and she doesn't want to put herself in a potentially toxic situation.
"I have chosen not to join the show this season because I am at a completely different place in my life right now focusing on my businesses and my relationship", she shared in a post.
The show's 2011 Season Three premiere was MTV's most-watched series telecast of all time, and at its peak, "Jersey Shore" was pulling in almost 9 million viewers. "I'm feeling very very uncomfortable".
The Situation added that the cast reunited because there "was a void in the TV game. for probably about five years since we've been absent".

The Obama administration allowed signups during a set period of time, and the program is closed to new entrants. Fox aired a segment earlier in the morning with the headline: "CARAVAN OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS HEADED TO U.S".
Believe it or not, the OG BFF's of the shore, Snooki and JWoww, are both married with children. It doesn't look like it. While the shore will be down two original cast mates, the party must go on. "Like when you think of that movie, we are Mila Kunis. the moms went hard". Also I am forever grateful & thankful for all of you!
"Jersey Shore" originally aired on MTV from December 2009 to December 2012.
The Jersey Shore alum and her husband, Jionni LaValle, have recently become the subject of split rumors, but Polizzi made sure to shut that speculation down during the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation premiere event in New York City on April 4.
And while the radgie's and the guido's 24-hour meet-up might be over, fans think the two shores might not be done colliding as Pauly D and Sophie Kasaei were spotted getting cosy at the end of the night.
The Situation agreed, saying, "It took that absence of time to make us miss each other and you'll see that".
