Police says Riess murdered Pamela Hutchinson then stole her credit cards, vehicle and assumed her identity.
The video released by the Lee County Sheriff's Office shows 56-year-old Riess talking to 59-year-old Pamela Hutchinson April 5 at the Smokin' Oyster Brewery in Fort Myers Beach. Authorities say she may have targeted the woman because they look similar.
According to FOX 47 in Rochester, Minnesota, Riess is facing second-degree murder charges there after shooting her husband to death back in March.
"This stone-cold killer was smiling like anyone's mother or grandmother when she approached our victim", Marceno said. Police say the same gun was used in both slayings.
She is known to have a gambling addiction, and often frequents casinos.
The obituary for David Riess was published last week, and mentioned his children and grandchildren, but not wife.

Marceno said Hutchinson's white 2005 Acura TL had been spotted in Louisiana and around Corpus Christi in the days after Hutchinson's body was found.
Detectives suspect Riess befriended women who look like her, only to steal their identities. Marceno said Monday that she will eventually run out of resources and fears that, in desperation, she could kill again.
