Perhaps with the way the commercial real estate industry is trying to find its grounding, everybody needs all the help they can get. And the launch of the first and only national commercial real estate show is the perfect venue to get tips and news regarding the market’s current state.

Launched last October 2, “Commercial Real Estate Show” can now be heard online at CREshow.com every Saturday and over the radio at Biz 1190 AM (WAFS) in Atlanta. Being the only national commercial real estate talk radio show, its target audience includes property owners, investors, business owners, and other people in businesses related to the commercial real estate. Each Saturday airing will begin with the latest commercial real estate news and ease to discussions featuring top industry guests.

The show is hosted by Michael Bulll, CCIM, whose experience in the industry covers 30 years. His sales and leases experience amounts to over $2.5 billion. He has also founded Bull Realty, a 32-member commercial brokerage firm that sells commercial properties and lad for 74 servicers and banks.

Last week’s inaugural show focused on the lenders’ and borrower’s perspectives on commercial loan workouts. Present as guests were Joe Briner, a principal with corporate rescue firm Grisanti, Galef and Goldress; Richard Gaudet, a partner with advisory and capital company GlassRatner; Orest Mandzy, from Commercial Real Estate News; Steven Pepper, a partner with prominent southeastern law firm Arnall Golden Gregory; and Rob Whitmire, partner with Bull Realty.

“Commercial Real Estate Show” will have its second show airing on October 9 at 10am. This time out, the show will focus on capital, including both debt and equity. Host Bull will sit down with guests Brad Barton of Regions Bank, Tom Fink of international commercial real estate reporting firm Trepp, Alan Tapie of national mortgage banking company Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, LLC, and Scott Werbel of investment company Hibernian Pacific Holdings.

October 16’s show will also have lots in store for the commercial real estate watchers. “Commercial Real Estate Show” will focus on the retail site selection and lease strategies. National retail tenants and partners from two major law firms will serve as Bull’s guest on October 16.
