Paris Hilton Enters the Commercial Real Estate Market

The socialite is as well-known for her business successes as her public antics, and REJO is curious to track her newest venture*.
Given her lineage, it will probably surprise no one that Paris Hilton is entering the hotel- and beach club business. In fact, many people may be wondering what took her so long. Hilton recently announced that in addition to her fashion lines that include clothes, shoes, perfume and hair extensions, she will be turning her attention to real estate development[1]. She plans to use the profits generated from her 30 retail stores to fund her new franchise and asserts that she is “not slowing down” when it comes to making money[2]. The first Paris Hilton Beach Club is rumored to be opened in Manila[3].
